Triumphest FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get completely ready for Triumphest?

 A) Register for Triumphest either online or download, print and mail a registration form.

  • Use the chart on the registration page to calculate your total amount due.

  • If you download/print a form, mail the form with a check to:

    • TCSC, 3813 Sunset Ln., Oxnard, CA, 93035

  • If you register online send a Zelle payment to: trclubsocal@gmail.com

B) Book a room at the Santa Ynez Valley Marriott. Call the hotel directly at 1-805-688-1000 or Book Online - click here or on the Triumphest main page link.

C) Order apparel. Click here or on the Triumphest main page link. You will be taken to the provider’s order page. To avoid a delivery charge be sure to select to have your items delivered at Triumphest.

* FYI: You may perform those 3 tasks in any order. When done you will have performed 3 separate tasks and made 3 separate payments.


Where is onsite Registration?

  •  Hotel registration is in the street level main entrance lobby at the front of the hotel.

  •  Event registration is on a lower level “ground floor”. It is easily accessed from the hotel lobby via nearby stairs or from the Triumphest reserve parking area.


Is breakfast included in the registration fee?

  •  Yes, breakfast is included for all registered participants.


Where do we park?

  •  Triumphest reserved parking will be at the rear of the hotel. There will be signs to follow.


Will there be room in the parking lot for trailers?

  •  Yes there will be some room. The hotel will do its best to accommodate trailers and tow vehicles.


Will there be an autocross event at Triumphest 2025?

  •  No, there will not be an autocross event at Triumphest.


Where will I pick up my apparel?

  •  There will be a table adjacent to event registration where apparel will be available.


Will apparel be available for purchase at the Triumphest event?
